Death Seal is a type of companion item in the Aether. It's companion grants the ability to resurrect the player upon death.
Obtaining[ | ]
Death Seal can be obtained from Slider bosses, at a 1.13% chance. It is also obtainable from Continuum Orbs, like other items.
Usage[ | ]
When the player dies, their Nex Spirit will revive them on the spot with no item loss. Being revived will incur a 10 second debuff of Weakness and Hunger to the player, temporarily.
Nex Spirit's appearance and demeanor changes after the player is revived, which indicates a cooldown of 20 minutes before the companion's ability is functional again. It can be renamed from the inventory screen and will teleport to the player's location, like other companions.
