Gummie Swets are an edible food found in Dungeon Chests in both The Aether and Aether II, but can be crafted as of The Aether II.

Usage[]
All of the Gummy Swets heal full hunger (20 hunger points or 10 hunger drums), but in the Aether II, Gummy Swets will give five seconds of Slowness II when eaten, and Swiftness Potions cannot be used to negate the Slowness II, at least for its negative effect duration.
