Mossy Holystone can be mined and obtained even before the Slider boss of a dungeon is defeated.
Mossy Holystone is generated inside of Slider's Labyrinth dungeons, typically in tunnels of varying length made out of Holystone and Mossy Holystone that connect other chambers and rooms.
