Icestone is a type of uncommon block found in the Aether.
Obtaining[]
It requires at least a Stone Pickaxe or Holystone Pickaxe higher to be obtained, and so, will drop nothing if mined with bare hands or a Skyroot Pickaxe.
Natural generation[]
Icestone can be found naturally generated in uncommon and small veins on the sides and undersides of islands as well on cliff faces and exposed stone. Icestone currently spawns in small veins of five or six, but can commonly spawn in small veins of one or two blocks.
Usage[]
Icestone's primary function is fuel for the Freezer block.
Icestone's secondary function is freezing lava and water, where it will not freeze it's four adjectant blocks but freeze all three of said adjectant blocks, leaving eight ice blocks as a result.
